El muralismo del maestro Bautizta es una ventana abierta a la riqueza cultural de Colombia, un homenaje a la memoria colectiva, al patrimonio cultural que se transmite de generación en generación. Su obra es un registro de la identidad de un país que se resiste a perder su esencia en medio de un mundo globalizado de identidades desdibujadas. Es un encanto por la cultura popular, del folclor, de las historias que se tejen en las calles y carreteras, y que nos cuentan y habitan en la cotidianidad. El muralismo es una forma de hacer presente la memoria y de reconstruir el pasado, que nos permite entender un presente que sigue vibrando con la diversidad y la riqueza cultural de Colombia.

The search to exalt and safeguard the historical and cultural memory of his country led Master Bautizta to build heritage from multiple fronts. One of these was the articulation with other artistic practices, creating scenography to accompany performing arts, parades, and different types of stage productions within the framework of reference festivals of heritage and cultural memory. His stages and scenography are windows that open up to the public the opportunity to delve into the richness of the history and customs of his land.
