• Direct bank transfer: Customers can pay via Nequi or designated banking correspondent, following instructions received at checkout.
• Payment via BOLD: Users are automatically redirected to BOLD’s secure platform to complete the payment.

All prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes according to current law.

6. Shipping

• Currently, bautizta.org ships throughout Colombia.
• International shipping is planned for the future and will be announced on the website.
• Shipments are carried out via partner courier companies.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the city or country of destination.

7. Exchange or Replacement Policy

If the received product is damaged during shipping, the buyer must notify bautizta.org within 3 business days of receipt and provide photographic evidence at [email protected] .

• The product will be replaced with another of the same value.
• Shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by Correo del Arte or the transport company. Correo del Arte o la empresa de transporte.
• Refunds or exchanges for aesthetic reasons or personal preference are not accepted.
